All products and orders are shipped with additional shipping costs to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We ship all products from our own warehouse with the Swiss Post or DHL.
All deliveries are dispatched within 2 to 3 days, as long as the products are in stock. In case of delivery bottlenecks, we will try to deliver the goods within 10 working days.
Pallets and general cargo over 30kg
Particularly heavy articles are delivered on pallets with the forwarding company. The delivery company makes an appointment for delivery in advance by telephone. If you cannot be reached by telephone, you will be asked to contact us by e-mail. For destinations that are not directly accessible, our transport company will deliver the pallets to the nearest possible location (e.g. mountain railway valley station). After that, a partner company commissioned by the transport company takes over the delivery. Please note that delivery by Swiss Post is only made to the curb. Additional services, such as floor deliveries, are subject to a fee (see below). Exceptions are noted directly on the product.
Delivery to the place of use
The chargeable delivery is usually up to the kerb. For a fee of CHF 70, delivery of pallets or general cargo over 30kg to the place of use is possible*. In this case, the forwarding company will deliver the product to the desired location – for example, to the living room or cellar. This service only includes delivery to the place of use. Assemblies or returns of old products or packaging materials are not included. For the products in question, the service can be selected in the payment process. The appointment is arranged directly with the shipping company. * This option is only available for products that we ship from our own warehouse. Products delivered directly by the supplier are excluded. Additional services installation/assembly Installation and assembly are primarily the responsibility of the customer. On request, we can offer assembly or installation together with our service providers for a fee. Please contact email@example.com for this.
Deposit of packages in front of the door
If you are absent, it may happen that the post office deposits the parcel in front of your door. If a deposit is not desired, you can contact the post office in advance by telephone or e-mail (Tel. 0848 888 888, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org). The relevant changes will then be stored in the Swiss Post system.
We also deliver to Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria and Great Britain. The delivery costs are noted at the end of the ordering process. Damages in transit Please check the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage immediately to email@example.com.
The orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Rümlang. Please note that the order must be placed and paid online before it can be picked up.
